"Elizabeth Drury was daughter of George Eaton (or Heton), probably the George Heton who had a grant by Letters Patent 17 March 1451-2 of the receivership of all manors, lands, etc. of John, late Duke of Bedford, in the earldom of Richmond in the counties of Lincoln, Norfolk and Cambridge."

"I Elizabeth Drury late the wyff of Henry Drury Esquyer 14 Marche 1475 buryed in the Churche of our Lady in the town of Bury Seynt Edmunds a lettell above the founte where the boydes of my children been buryed ..."

In her will she mentions: "Marie Symond and Elizabeth Hervy, Roger Carewe, and Elizabeth children of my daughter Jane late the wife of William Carewe now dede…my brother Roger Drury and my sone William Carewe and my speciall gode freindes John Clepton esq. And Thomas Heigham overseers."
