This is also recorded in IGI.
However, in the 1851 Census, it looks like this James is recorded as a son of Henry Latham (his uncle).
Additionally, in the 1861 Census, James' son Henry, aged 4, is not recorded in James' household, but a James Latham, aged 4, is recorded in the household Henry Latham (his supposed uncle).
